Good news arrived again on August 29! The Shaanxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology announced the list of 2024 Shaanxi Provincial Specialized and Sophisticated SMEs, included Fuhua five enterprises from Fuping were honored. This recognition comes after Fuhua awarded the titles of “National High-tech Enterprise”, the municipal “Quality Benchmark Enterprise” and “Enterprise Technology Center” marking another significant honor in terms of quality technology and comprehensive strength.

Specialized and Sophisticated enterprises refer to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with specialized, refined, unique and innovation characteristics. These companies are typically leaders in their respective industries, focusing on market segments with strong innovation capabilities, high market shares, mastery of key core technologies, and excellent quality and efficiency, thereby driving the development and upgrading of industries. Fuhua is one of the earliest inorganic salt chemical enterprises in Northwest China with over 80 years of history. It currently ranks top 5 among the the national industry in terms of comprehensive capacity and quality. Fuhua is also one of the standard-setting company for national standards of barium sulfate and sodium sulphide. Its low-iron sodium sulphide is awarded the titles of “Shaanxi Famous Brand Product” and “Shaanxi Resource Comprehensive Utilization Product”. The products are well-received both domestically and internationally, gaining the trust of users and achieving a market share of 30%. The company has also received honors such as “Shaanxi Heavy Contract, Trustworthy Unit” and “Shaanxi Province A-level taxpayer”.

According to the “Notice on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan for the Innovation and Development Doubling Program for Sci-tech Enterprises in Weinan City”, the recognition as a Specialized and Sophisticated enterprise comes with corresponding incentive policies: for the first-time recognized provincial Specialized and Sophisticated SMEs, a one-time provincial reward of 200,000 yuan will be provided, along with an additional one-time municipal reward of 500,000 yuan for each enterprise.

The recognition and reward of Specialized and Sophisticated enterprise is the highest affirmation and commendation of Fuhua’s efforts and development in recent years. The supportive policies from the state will also encourage the company to boost its confidence, overcome challenges, and promote high-quality development.
