Product Detail
Technical index

Product Name: Precipitated Barium Sulfate (BaSO4) for Rubber and Plastic

Properties: White powder with a relative density of 4.50, it is poorly soluble in water, ethanol, and acids, but soluble in hot concentrated sulfuric acid. It has stable chemical properties and superior physical performance, with few impurities, good dispersibility, and an appropriate particle size distribution range. The surface has been specially treated with organic coating, making it more suitable for the rubber and plastic industry.

Packaging:25 kg/bag, with the inner bag made of polyethylene plastic film with a drawstring closure, and the outer bag made of polypropylene woven plastic with machine-stitched seams; or multilayer paper bags with machine-stitched seams. Custom packaging is also available according to requirements.

Precautions:Protect from sunlight and rain; store in a dry, ventilated warehouse with a base layer to prevent moisture; do not store or transport with colored items to avoid contamination; prevent packaging damage during loading and unloading.

Function:The powder is finely textured, with few impurities and no hard white granules, featuring small particle size, and is oderless. The particles have undergone surface treatment, significantly improving dispersibility and interface affinity in applications, It enhances the heat resistance of rubber and plastic products, improves rigidity and processing performance, and enhances wear resistance, aging resistance, and gloss effect, etc.
